In September 2021 Tatiana Butskaya, publisher of the BCMI member magazine Parents’ Choice, was voted into the lower chamber of the parliament of the Russian Federation (State Duma).
A pediatrician, blogger (with over 1.6 million Instagram followers), leader of the Council of Mothers, organizer of the Russian national nursery products award Parents’ Choice and of the Pregnant Gatherings project, founder of the Parents’ Choice association of consumers and manufacturers of baby care products, judge of the Kind + Jugend Innovation Award, Tatiana will now represent the needs of the Russian mothers as a member of the State Duma. She launched the Parents’ Choice / Vibor Roditeley bilingual (English and Russian) nursery trade magazine in 2018, with the assistance of Italian journalist Daniele Caroli, judge of the Kind + Jugend Innovation Award and panelist of the Spielwarenmesse TrendCommittee.
